How to make smoothie | Strawberry Smoothie



Many of you out there are too busy that they don't even have time to eat breakfast properly. Here comes the smoothie to help you. It just take few minutes to prepare it. It's nutritious and delicious as well. To be healthy you definitely do not want to skip the most important meal of the day, breakfast. You can eat it as your breakfast or your mid-time meals. This will make you feel refreshing and happy.
        Make it at home anytime and enjoy it's delicious and rich taste.


INGREDIENTS 

- Fresh curd  250 grams 
- Strawberries  8-10 nos 
- Sugar  2 tbsp 

Mint leaf & Sprinkles for garnishing 

METHOD 


STEP 1. Wash STRAWBERRIES and keep them aside.

STEP 2. Cut the STRAWBERRIES into half.

STEP 3. Now take your grinder jar and put STRAWBERRIES into it and make a puree.

STEP 4. Add CURD and SUGAR into it and grind them until you get the frothy  consistency. 

STEP 5. Take it out from the grinder. Your smoothie is ready to serve 

STEP  6. Pour your smoothie in a beautiful long glass and garnish it with a slice of STRAWBERRY , MINT LEAF & Some SPRINKLES

Chicken Soup


A mouthwatering dish for those who are chicken lovers and at the same time health conscious. This CHICKEN SOUP recipe is full of flavors. The plus point of this recipe is that it is fat-free. There is no use of fatty ingredients. Once you try this recipe, you will crave for more because this dish is so delicious and flavorful that you can't wait to try it. Anyone can eat this dish as it is a healthy dish and can enjoy it irresistible taste.


INGREDIENTS


- Chicken  250 grams
- Cloves 4 pods
- fennel seeds  1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds  1 tbsp
- Cinnamon stick  1 nos.
- Bay leaf 1 nos.
- Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp
- Vegetables ( Carrot, potatoes, beans, etc)
- Corn flour  1 tsp
- Salt to taste

Cilantro / Green coriander leaves for Garnishing


METHOD


STEP 1. Clean and wash CHICKEN cubes. Heat a pan and put CHICKEN cubes, 2 cup water and SALT.

STEP 2. Take a muslin cloth and put CLOVES, FENNEL SEEDS, CORIANDER SEEDS, CINNAMON STICK  and BAY LEAF. Make a bag of it and put it in the pan.

STEP 3. Boil the CHICKEN with the spices for 15-20 minutes or until it gets cooked.

STEP 4. When your CHICKEN gets cooked, take the muslin cloth bag out of the pan.

STEP 5. Now cut the VEGETABLES into cubes and put them into the pan and take a boil. When your vegetables gets cooked, add CORN FLOUR.

STEP 6. Cook it for 2 minutes. And BLACK PEPPER POWDER in it.

  Your CHICKEN SOUP is ready to serve. Garnish it with some cilantro / green coriander leaves.


                     PRO TIPS


 [ All the spices used have a different aroma and taste. So when you flavor the chicken with these spices, there will be no need to add fatty ingredients to make it tasty. The spices will do their work.]

[ Corn flour is added to thicken the soup and give it a nice consistency.]

[ You can use any vegetables of your choice.]

[  You can also add fresh cream for the garnish.]

How to make Mango Ice Cream🍦


No doubt that MANGO is the favorite fruit of almost everyone. It is a fruit we can't get bored of. On the other hand, ice creams are everyone's love. So when we bind both these favorites together, we ends up creating a dessert which is mouthwatering and feels like a dish from heaven.
So here is an interesting recipe of MANGO ICE CREAM which is refreshing, rich and delicious, to which you can't say no.
      This is a simple recipe which you can easily make at home and enjoy. 


THINGS YOU'LL NEED 

- Blender
- 2 Bowls (one freezer safe)
- Ice cream scooper
- Spoon/Spatula

INGREDIENTS

- Mangoes 6-8
- Fresh Cream 250 grams
- Sugar 100 grams

Mint Leaves For Garnishing 

METHOD


STEP 1. Wash and peel the skin from the MANGOES.

STEP 2. Cut them into cubes.

STEP 3. Add the MANGO pieces to the blender.

STEP 4. Pour the blended MANGO (puree) in a bowl.

STEP 5. Add SUGAR with FRESH CREAM and beat it. Beat the mixture at a low speed for 2 minutes. 

STEP 6. Add the pureed MANGO to the WHIPPED CREAM mixture and mix it well

STEP 7. Transfer the paste to a freezer-safe bowl.

STEP 8. Freeze the mixture for 6-8 hours.

STEP 9. See if the ICE CREAM has set after 6-8 hours.

STEP 10. When it's set properly, scoop the ice cream in a sundae glass and garnish with some MINT.

● Serve and enjoy. 

● Fresh mint or berries make delicious compatible garnishes.



                    PRO TIPS


● A small baking sheet with high edges can be substituted for a bowl for freezing the ice cream.

● While freezing, occasional stirring can help prevent the formation of chunks of ice lumps

How to make Mint Chutney | Pudina Chutney


Mint chutney is a spicy dip made from mint leaves. It is an extremely flavor condiment, and is served in small quantities. It is one of the most popular Indian chutneys around, as it can be served with almost any food.

Either it's a quick snack or a boring tofu you can twist it and make it even more exciting by this Mint Chutney/Pudina Chutney. It will go with anything. A Mint Chutney with grilled tofu and it will taste like a heaven. You can store it in a refrigerator for 1 week. This dish is must for your running life. Prepare my version of Mint Chutney at home and give twist to anything.

THINGS YOU'LL NEED

- Mint & Colander Leaves 
- Measuring cups & spoons 
- Blender 
- Bowl or Sterilized bottle, for storing 
- Spatula 

INGREDIENTS 


- Mint leaves/Pudina leaves 1 Cup
● Optionally: separated from stems
- Coriander leaves (Cilantro) 1 Cup
● Optionally: separated from stems
- Green Chillies 5-6 
- Pods of Garlic 7-8
- Cumin Seeds/Zeera 1 tsp
- Tamarind Paste 2 tsp
- Salt to Taste

METHOD 


STEP 1. Wash all the Greens in cold water.


STEP 2. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend until mixture has a smooth consistency


STEP 3. Pour the mixture in a bowl and your MINT CHUTNEY is ready to serve.

You can eat it with fried snacks,sandwiches,burger or anything of your choice.

STEP 4. Finished


                       Pro Tips


● This Chutney is versatile, it goes with everything from samosas to mashed potatoes; try it on whatever you like!

● Obtain the freshest Mint and Coriander available, as this will be the most flavorful.

● Refrigerated, Mint Chutney will keep for one week.

● Wash your hands immediately after handling the chili pepper.

Cottage Cheese


Learn how to make cottage cheese using vinegar,or lemon juice.

INGREDIENTS 


- Milk 1 litre
- Vinegar or Lemon juice 1 tsp

METHOD 1 : Use Vinegar 


STEP 1. Heat the Milk Place the MILK in a saucepan and put it on the stove and let the milk heat to 120 degrees.Remove it from heat once it is sufficiently warmed.

STEP 2. Add the VinegarPour the VINEGAR into the saucepan and stir the mixture slowly for 2-3 minutes. Cover the pan with a dishcloth and let the mixture rest for 20-30 minutes.

STEP 3. Strain the curd from the wheyPour the mixture into a muslin cloth and let the whey drain for about 50-60 minutes and you'll get nice and beautiful Cottage Cheese ready 

● Boooom your beautiful Cottage Cheese is ready.

Store in the refrigerator or serve immediately.

METHOD 2 : Use Lemon juice


STEP 1. Heat the MilkPlace the MILK in a saucepan and make sure it does not boil. Remove the milk from heat.

STEP 2. Add the Lemon juiceTake 1 tsp of LEMON JUICE and pour it into the warm MILK and stir it slowly for several minutes.

STEP 3. Let the mixture restCover the saucepan with a muslin cloth and let the curds separate from the whey for about an hour.

STEP 4. Strain the curd from the wheyPlace a piece of muslin cloth over a bowl and pour the curds and whey into the cheesecloth. Let the curds drain for about 50-60 minutes.then squeeze the cloth to get the curds as dry as possible.

● Boooom your beautiful Cottage Cheese is ready.

Store in the refrigerator or serve immediately.

How to make Fried Chicken


Fried food lovers love fried chicken and when it is made with perfection, everyone gets attracted towards it. This recipe of fried chicken is made with a perfect blend of spices. It is different from other recipes because the ingredients used and how much they are used creates a delicious taste and mouthwatering aroma than any other fried chicken. 
          This recipe is definitely a must try at home. Try this at home and enjoy with your family and close ones.'

INGREDIENTS


- Chicken 1 kg
- Onions 1
- Bay leaves 2-3
- Cloves 3-4
- Buttermilk 1 Glass
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Ginger,Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Carom Seeds/Ajwain 1/2 tsp
- Chickpea Flour/Besan 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste

METHOD


STEP 1. Put ONION, BAY LEAVES and CHICKEN. Boil it until it becomes tender.

STEP 2. Now take the boiled CHICKEN in a bowl and add GINGER-GARLIC paste, RED CHILLI POWDER, CHICKPEA/BESAN , GARAM MASALA POWDER,CAROM SEEDS/AJWAIN and LEMON JUICE.

STEP 3. Add BUTTERMILK and mix it all well.

STEP 4. Cover it with  a foil paper and keep it  in refrigerator and let it marinate for 5-6 hours.

STEP 5. Heat oil in a wake and fry CHICKEN pieces until they becomes golden brown and crispy.

Serve them hot with dip , chutney and onion rings


                  PRO TIPS

[ Chicken is boiled before it is marinated as it will absorb all the flavors of the marinate more and they will become more flavorful ]


[ Lemon is used in the marinate as it will remove the raw smell of chicken ]
[ Carom Seeds /Ajwain will give a nice aroma to this dish ]


[ Chickpea Flour / besan will help in binding all the spices together and will give a nice golden brown color to the chicken when you will fry it ]


[ Buttermilk will make the chicken more tender and juicy ]


~ Unlike other fried chicken recipes this recipe have ingredients which have a very strong aroma and when all these are bind together , it makes your chicken more tender, rich and flavorful than other  ordinary fried chicken.

Coconut Chutney



Here is a refreshing and delicious recipe made for tender coconut  which is quite famous is India particularly in the south region. This dish is very light and at the same time very nutritious. 
People often think nutritious eatables and not that tasty. Well, I am 101% sure when you're will try this one at home your thoughts for nutritious items will change as this dish is remarkably delicious and tasty.


INGREDIENTS

- Tender coconut 1/2
- Chillies  2-3 nos.
- Garlic  pod
- A pinch of salt
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 8-10 nos.
- Oil 1 tsp

METHOD

STEP 1.  Cut COCONUT into small pieces and put it in a grinder

STEP 2. Add GREEN CHILLIES, GARLIC POD and SALT  in it.

STEP 3. Grind it well.

STEP 4. Now take out the mixture in a bowl.

STEP 5. Now you have to take a pan and put OIL in it . Heat it and put MUSTARD SEEDS and CURRY LEAVES and let them fritter.

STEP 6. Pour it on the Chutney  as mix it well.

Your COCONUT CHUTNEY  is ready .
Serve it as a side dish or as a dip.

Carrot Halwa


Here is a interesting and exotic recipe of Carrot Halwa which is undoubtedly one of the favorite desert of the Indians. Many finds it hard to make due to its lengthy procedure. Paradoxically it is not true. It's procedure is quite simple and my recipe will make it a little easier for you to make it


Prep Time : 20-30 minutes
Cook time : 45 minutes
Serve : 8-10
Level Of Cooking : Moderate
Taste : Sweet


INGREDIENTS


- Carrot/Gajar 1 kg
- Pure Ghee 200 grams
- Milk 1/2 Litre 
- Sugar 150 grams
- Green Cardamom 6-8
- Khoya 250 grams
- Dry Fruits

Edible Silver Leaf/Chaandi ka Vark for Garnishing


METHOD


STEP 1. Peel the CARROTS and Shred them.

STEP 2. Heat a pan and put PURE GHEE in it. Put GREEN CARDAMOMS and then grated CARROTS. Sear it for some time

STEP 3. Now put SUGAR and MILK in it and cook it until all the MILK evaporates

STEP 4. Now take another pan and put KHOYA and roast it until it change its color

STEP 5. Now mix the KHOYA with CARROT Halwa

STEP 6. Now take another pan and heat some PURE GHEE and all the DRY FRUITS. Roast them for a few minutes and pour it on the CARROT Halwa. Mix it well.

Serve it in a beautiful bowl and garnish it with some more DRY FRUITS and SILVER LEAF

Jackfruit Recipe


Jackfruit is very nutritious vegetable which is very beautiful in texture and equally tasty. 
This dish is delicious as well as easy to make. Try this recipe at home and you'll definitely like this one.


Prep time : 20-30

Cook time : 15 Minutes 

Serve : 6-8

Level of  Cooking : Moderate 

INGREDIENTS


- Jackfruit/Kathal 1kg
- Onion 4
- Dry Mango pieces 6-8
- Green Chillies 3-4
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric/Haldi  Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander/Dhaniya Powder 1 tsp
- Fenugreek Seeds/Methi Dana 1 tsp
- Nigella/Kalonji Seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin/Zeera Seeds 1 tsp
- Mustard Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste


METHOD


STEP 1. Cut JACKFRUIT/KATHAL in small pieces.


STEP 2. Cut ONIONS and GREEN CHILLIES and keep aside.


STEP 3. Take a pressure cooker put oil in it.


STEP 4. Add CUMIN SEEDS/ZEERA, FENUGREEK SEEDS/METHI DANA,NIGELLA SEEDS/KALONJI roast it for few seconds.


STEP 5. Now put ONIONS and saute it.


STEP 6. Add GREEN CHILLIES,TURMERIC POWDER/HALDI,RED CHILLI POWDER, 
CORIANDER POWDER/DHANIYA,DRY MANGO PIECES,JACKFRUIT/ KATHAL & 
SALT to taste 


STEP 7. Pressure cook up to 3 whistle.


STEP 8. Your Jackfruit Dish/Kathal ki sabi is ready to serve.

Serve it with Poori or Chapaties

Fruit Custard Recipe


Custard is a rich and creamy dessert. Its easy to prepare. Adding fresh and tropical fruits to it makes it more delicious and attractive. Its perfectly sweet that people that do not have sweet tooth will also like it. Here is my custard recipe which will be a hit in your homes


Prep Time : 10-20 minutes

Cook time : 20-30  minutes


Serve : 4-6


Level Of Cooking : Moderate


Taste : Sweet



INGREDIENTS 


- Milk 1 Liter
- Sugar 150 grams or (according to your taste)
- Custard Powder 3 tbsp
- Fruits LIKE (Apple,Banana,Grapes,Sapodilla/Chickoo) etc.


METHOD 


STEP 1. Boil MILK and add SUGAR (according to your taste)


STEP 2. Mix CUSTARD POWDER in 1/2 cup of water and add to the boiling MILK


STEP 3. Cook until you get a proper consistency


STEP 4. Keep CUSTARD in refrigerator and let it cool


STEP 5. Cut all the FRUITS into small pieces and mix it well in your plain CUSTARD


STEP 6. Now keep your CUSTARD  in refrigerator again and let it cool for at least 15-20 Minutes 


STEP 7. Garnish your custard with some more FRUITS and serve chilled

Sheer Korma


Sheer Korma is a very delicious dessert it has a very rich consistency and feels heaven in your mouth. 
This dish originates from middle east countries. This dish has a royal touch. Though it is not an easy dish but here is my version of this recipe to make it easy without changing it's traditional and royal taste.


Prep Time : 10-15 minutes 

Cook time : 20-30 minutes 

Serve : 8-10

Level Of Cooking : Easy

Taste : Sweet


INGREDIENTS 


- Vermicelli 100 grams 
- Milk 2 Litres 
- Pure Ghee 4 tbsp 
- Sugar 200 grams or (according to your taste)
- Khoya 250 grams 
- Green Cardamom 8-10 
- Almonds 50 grams 
- Raisins 50 grams 
- Cashew nuts 50 grams 
- Coconut (Shredded) 50 grams 
- Pistachio 50 grams 
- Charoli 50 grams 


METHOD 



STEP 1.  Take 2 tbsp PURE GHEE and roast VERMICELLI until golden brown and keep it aside.


STEP 2. Take a heavy base pan boil MILK put VERMICELLI and let it cook for few minutes 

STEP 3. Put 200 grams SUGAR, or  (according to your taste) GREEN CARDAMOM  and KHOYA and let it cook for few minutes until it gets cooked.

STEP 4. Cut all the DRY FRUITS and keep it aside

STEP 5. Take another pan and put 2 tbsp of PURE GHEE and fry all the DRY FRUITS and pour it on the cooked VERMICELLI and mix it well

STEP 6. Garnish it with some more DRY 
FRUITS

AND YOUR SHEER KORMA IS READY TO SERVE.
