Cottage Cheese


Learn how to make cottage cheese using vinegar,or lemon juice.

INGREDIENTS 


- Milk 1 litre
- Vinegar or Lemon juice 1 tsp

METHOD 1 : Use Vinegar 


STEP 1. Heat the Milk Place the MILK in a saucepan and put it on the stove and let the milk heat to 120 degrees.Remove it from heat once it is sufficiently warmed.

STEP 2. Add the VinegarPour the VINEGAR into the saucepan and stir the mixture slowly for 2-3 minutes. Cover the pan with a dishcloth and let the mixture rest for 20-30 minutes.

STEP 3. Strain the curd from the wheyPour the mixture into a muslin cloth and let the whey drain for about 50-60 minutes and you'll get nice and beautiful Cottage Cheese ready 

● Boooom your beautiful Cottage Cheese is ready.

Store in the refrigerator or serve immediately.

METHOD 2 : Use Lemon juice


STEP 1. Heat the MilkPlace the MILK in a saucepan and make sure it does not boil. Remove the milk from heat.

STEP 2. Add the Lemon juiceTake 1 tsp of LEMON JUICE and pour it into the warm MILK and stir it slowly for several minutes.

STEP 3. Let the mixture restCover the saucepan with a muslin cloth and let the curds separate from the whey for about an hour.

STEP 4. Strain the curd from the wheyPlace a piece of muslin cloth over a bowl and pour the curds and whey into the cheesecloth. Let the curds drain for about 50-60 minutes.then squeeze the cloth to get the curds as dry as possible.

● Boooom your beautiful Cottage Cheese is ready.

Store in the refrigerator or serve immediately.

Coconut Chutney



Here is a refreshing and delicious recipe made for tender coconut  which is quite famous is India particularly in the south region. This dish is very light and at the same time very nutritious. 
People often think nutritious eatables and not that tasty. Well, I am 101% sure when you're will try this one at home your thoughts for nutritious items will change as this dish is remarkably delicious and tasty.


INGREDIENTS

- Tender coconut 1/2
- Chillies  2-3 nos.
- Garlic  pod
- A pinch of salt
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 8-10 nos.
- Oil 1 tsp

METHOD

STEP 1.  Cut COCONUT into small pieces and put it in a grinder

STEP 2. Add GREEN CHILLIES, GARLIC POD and SALT  in it.

STEP 3. Grind it well.

STEP 4. Now take out the mixture in a bowl.

STEP 5. Now you have to take a pan and put OIL in it . Heat it and put MUSTARD SEEDS and CURRY LEAVES and let them fritter.

STEP 6. Pour it on the Chutney  as mix it well.

Your COCONUT CHUTNEY  is ready .
Serve it as a side dish or as a dip.
