INGREDIENTS
- Vermicelli 100 grams
- Milk 2 Litres
- Pure Ghee 4 tbsp
- Sugar 200 grams or (according to your taste)
- Khoya 250 grams
- Green Cardamom 8-10
- Almonds 50 grams
- Raisins 50 grams
- Cashew nuts 50 grams
- Coconut (Shredded) 50 grams
- Pistachio 50 grams
- Charoli 50 grams
METHOD
STEP 1. Take 2 tbsp PURE GHEE and roast VERMICELLI until golden brown and keep it aside.
STEP 2. Take a heavy base pan boil MILK put VERMICELLI and let it cook for few minutes
STEP 3. Put 200 grams SUGAR, or (according to your taste) GREEN CARDAMOM and KHOYA and let it cook for few minutes until it gets cooked.
STEP 4. Cut all the DRY FRUITS and keep it aside
STEP 5. Take another pan and put 2 tbsp of PURE GHEE and fry all the DRY FRUITS and pour it on the cooked VERMICELLI and mix it well
STEP 6. Garnish it with some more DRY
FRUITS
AND YOUR SHEER KORMA IS READY TO SERVE.
