Custard is a rich and creamy dessert. Its easy to prepare. Adding fresh and tropical fruits to it makes it more delicious and attractive. Its perfectly sweet that people that do not have sweet tooth will also like it. Here is my custard recipe which will be a hit in your homes
Prep Time : 10-20 minutes
Cook time : 20-30 minutes

INGREDIENTS
- Milk 1 Liter
- Sugar 150 grams or (according to your taste)
- Custard Powder 3 tbsp
- Fruits LIKE (Apple,Banana,Grapes,Sapodilla/Chickoo) etc.
METHOD
STEP 1. Boil MILK and add SUGAR (according to your taste)
STEP 2. Mix CUSTARD POWDER in 1/2 cup of water and add to the boiling MILK
STEP 3. Cook until you get a proper consistency
STEP 4. Keep CUSTARD in refrigerator and let it cool
STEP 5. Cut all the FRUITS into small pieces and mix it well in your plain CUSTARD
STEP 6. Now keep your CUSTARD in refrigerator again and let it cool for at least 15-20 Minutes
STEP 7. Garnish your custard with some more FRUITS and serve chilled
