Coconut ladoo




The most simplest and delicious dessert which gets ready in no time in undoubtedly COCONUT LADOOS. It is one of the famous dessert in India and is mostly prepared in festive season. This dish can be prepared just before your guests arrive or any time you want. Try this dish at home and win your loved ones' heart.


INGREDIENTS

- Grated Coconut  300 grams
- Condensed milk  1 tin
- Pistachio  15-20 nos.


METHOD

STEP 1. In a bowl put 250 grams of coconut and a tin of condensed milk.

STEP 2. Add pistachios in it and mix well.

STEP 3. Now put the mixture in a pan and cook it for 2-5 minutes.

STEP 4. Cool the mixture and then make balls of equal size.

STEP 5. Now take the rest of the shredded coconut in a plate and roll the balls in it.

     Your COCONUT LADOOS are ready to serve.

Chicken Parmesan


A mouthwatering dish for those who are the lovers of chicken and parmesan cheese. When the two comes together, they end up making a wonderful dish. This dish is loved by millions. My version of Chicken Parmesan is easy and absolutely delicious. 
      Try this at home and feel it's magic.

INGREDIENTS

- Chicken breast  2 nos.
- Parmesan cheese  50 grams
- Cottage cheese  150 grams
- Almonds  8-10 nos.
- Cashew nuts  8-10 nos.
- Raisins  18-20 nos.
- Onions  1 nos.
- Green Chillies  2 nos.
- Ginger  1/2 piece
- Green coriander
- Black pepper  1/2 tsp
- Saffron  (few threads)
- Green Cardamom  4-5 nos.
- Cinnamon stick  1 nos.
- Corn flour 2 tbsp

METHOD

STEP 1. Wash and clean the chicken breasts and cut it in between to make a pocket. Keep it aside.

STEP 2. In a bowl, crush cottage cheese and grate parmesan cheese. Chop onions, coriander leaves and ginger. Add them in the bowl.

STEP 3. Put half a tsp of black pepper and mix it well.

STEP 4. In another bowl beat one egg and in another plate, spread corn flour.

STEP 5. Now take a pan and heat pure ghee in it. Add cinnamon stick, green cardamom and cassie.

STEP 6. Stuff chicken breasts with cheese mixture. Dip it in the beaten egg and then in the corn flour.

STEP 7. Fry the coated chicken in ghee from both sides

STEP 8. Now dissolve some saffron strands in milk or water and pour it on fried chicken breasts

STEP 9. Now put a lid on th pan and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

STEP 10. Serve it with salad.

          Present it in your own style.

Chocolate Tart

Who has chocolate cravings? This recipe is sugar free and naturally sweetened. The taste is irresistible and you will crave for more. You can make it more interesting with your touch and style. Try this at home and enjoy it's rich and delicious taste with your loved ones.


INGREDIENTS 


- Almond meal 400 grams

- Chopped almonds 100 grams

- Dates pitted 500 grams

- Goji berries 1/4 cup


TART FILLING 


- Avocados 2 1/2

- Vanilla essence 1tsp

- Raw blue agave syrup 1/4 cup

- Nut butter 2tsp

- Cocoa powder (dark chocolate) 2tbsp

- Coconut oil ( melted ) 2tsp


FOR GARNISHING 


● blueberries and few fresh raspberries, blackberries .



METHOD 


STEP 1. 🍫 Take first 4 ingredients and process them together until dates turns sticky and holds the ingredients together and then when it's done take the mixture and press evenly in tart pan and leave it in freezer till you make your filling 


STEP 2. 🍫 Blend all the Filling ingredients in a blender till nice and creamy texture and pour it into the tart pan and spread it evenly and decorate it with blueberries and few fresh raspberries, blackberries .


STEP 3. 🍫 Also mixed some berries into the mixture before layering for extra taste


STEP 4. 🍫 Leave it in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours or at least 1 hour so that it may set properly.

   

● Serve it with crème fraîche

Chocolate Cake


No doubt that chocolate cake is a favorite of many of you out there. It's rich and irresistible taste is what attracts us. Making it at home will be an interesting experience. Prepare this chocolate cake at home and give it your style!


INGREDIENTS 


- Flour  1 cup
- Sugar  3/4 cup
- Yogurt  1/2 cup
- Salt-less butter  100 grams
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Milk  1/2 cup
- Sodaa bi-carbonate 1/2 tsp
- Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
- Almonds  50 grams 
- Raisins  50 grams 

Some cream and fresh fruits for Garnishing 

METHOD 


STEP 1. In a bowl beat butter, sugar and yogurt  until the mixture becomes creamy and fluffy.

STEP 2. Sieve flour, baking soda, soda bi-carbonate and cocoa powder into the yogurt mixture.

STEP 3. Mix it slowly.

STEP 4. Now add milk and stir it gradually.

STEP 5. Add grated almonds and raisins to the mixture.

STEP 6. Now grease the cake tin with butter and pour the cake batter into it.

STEP 7. Bake it at 220 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

STEP 8. After it is fully cooked, keep it on a wire  rack for 10-15 minutes so that it may cool down.

          Your cake is ready to serve. Garnish it with some cream and fresh fruits
          You can serve it with tea and coffee.

Apple Jam


To make cakes and breads more delicious and interesting, here is the most wanted recipe - APPLE JAM. This jam goes really well with baked eatables like cookies, cakes, cupcakes or just take a doughnut and cover it with your jam. It will taste like heaven.
             Try this at home. Unlike other jam recipes this recipe is organic and more flavorful.


INGREDIENTS 

- Apple  4 nos.
- Sugar  1 cup 
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp 

METHOD 


STEP 1. Wash the APPLE and peel them. Cut them into small pieces.

STEP 2. Now take a pan and put APPLE pieces and SUGAR 

STEP 3.  Cook it until the APPLE'S are softened.

STEP 4.   With the help of a blender, make a puree of it.

STEP 5. Put the puree into the pan and cook it until it becomes thick and translucent. Stir in between to avoid scorching.

STEP 6. Add LEMON JUICE and stir it well.

STEP 7. Cool it and bring it to room temperature. 

       Your APPLE  JAM is ready to serve. Store it in a jar and refrigerate it. 
         You can enjoy this delicious Apple jam with breads and cakes. This jam can be stored in refrigerator for at least one week. 
             You can also make strawberry jam and mango jam by applying the same procedure.

How to make smoothie | Strawberry Smoothie



Many of you out there are too busy that they don't even have time to eat breakfast properly. Here comes the smoothie to help you. It just take few minutes to prepare it. It's nutritious and delicious as well. To be healthy you definitely do not want to skip the most important meal of the day, breakfast. You can eat it as your breakfast or your mid-time meals. This will make you feel refreshing and happy.
        Make it at home anytime and enjoy it's delicious and rich taste.


INGREDIENTS 

- Fresh curd  250 grams 
- Strawberries  8-10 nos 
- Sugar  2 tbsp 

Mint leaf & Sprinkles for garnishing 

METHOD 


STEP 1. Wash STRAWBERRIES and keep them aside.

STEP 2. Cut the STRAWBERRIES into half.

STEP 3. Now take your grinder jar and put STRAWBERRIES into it and make a puree.

STEP 4. Add CURD and SUGAR into it and grind them until you get the frothy  consistency. 

STEP 5. Take it out from the grinder. Your smoothie is ready to serve 

STEP  6. Pour your smoothie in a beautiful long glass and garnish it with a slice of STRAWBERRY , MINT LEAF & Some SPRINKLES

Chicken Soup


A mouthwatering dish for those who are chicken lovers and at the same time health conscious. This CHICKEN SOUP recipe is full of flavors. The plus point of this recipe is that it is fat-free. There is no use of fatty ingredients. Once you try this recipe, you will crave for more because this dish is so delicious and flavorful that you can't wait to try it. Anyone can eat this dish as it is a healthy dish and can enjoy it irresistible taste.


INGREDIENTS


- Chicken  250 grams
- Cloves 4 pods
- fennel seeds  1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds  1 tbsp
- Cinnamon stick  1 nos.
- Bay leaf 1 nos.
- Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp
- Vegetables ( Carrot, potatoes, beans, etc)
- Corn flour  1 tsp
- Salt to taste

Cilantro / Green coriander leaves for Garnishing


METHOD


STEP 1. Clean and wash CHICKEN cubes. Heat a pan and put CHICKEN cubes, 2 cup water and SALT.

STEP 2. Take a muslin cloth and put CLOVES, FENNEL SEEDS, CORIANDER SEEDS, CINNAMON STICK  and BAY LEAF. Make a bag of it and put it in the pan.

STEP 3. Boil the CHICKEN with the spices for 15-20 minutes or until it gets cooked.

STEP 4. When your CHICKEN gets cooked, take the muslin cloth bag out of the pan.

STEP 5. Now cut the VEGETABLES into cubes and put them into the pan and take a boil. When your vegetables gets cooked, add CORN FLOUR.

STEP 6. Cook it for 2 minutes. And BLACK PEPPER POWDER in it.

  Your CHICKEN SOUP is ready to serve. Garnish it with some cilantro / green coriander leaves.


                     PRO TIPS


 [ All the spices used have a different aroma and taste. So when you flavor the chicken with these spices, there will be no need to add fatty ingredients to make it tasty. The spices will do their work.]

[ Corn flour is added to thicken the soup and give it a nice consistency.]

[ You can use any vegetables of your choice.]

[  You can also add fresh cream for the garnish.]
