Oil free Potato Wedges


Making potatoes a little less junky and a little more healthy. Here's an interesting recipe of potato wedges which are made without oil. So you got to try them at home.


INGREDIENTS 


* 3-4 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
* Juice of 1 lemon
* 2 teaspoons pink Himalayan salct
* 2 teaspoons garlic powder
* 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
* 1 teaspoon paprika 

* Salt to taste 

♡  Fresh parsley or cilantro for Garnishing 


METHOD 


STEP 1.
Preheat oven to 400F. 


STEP 2. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper. 

STEP 3. Place potato wedges in a large bowl with cold water and let sit for 30 minutes. 


STEP 4. Remove from cold water and pat dry. 


STEP 5. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss to coat. 


STEP 6. In a small bowl whisk together salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and paprika.


STEP 7. Sprinkle potato wedges with the seasoning mixture. Toss to coat. 


STEP 8.
Place potato wedges on prepared baking sheet in a single layer with skin-sides-down. 


STEP 9. Bake for 20 minutes then raise temp to 500F and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender and golden. 


STEP 10. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley!
