Asian Stir Fry Noodles


Asian cuisine is a very vibrant, delicious and flavorful cuisine. The flavors are very comfortable at the palate. These stir fried noodles with Asian flavors is absolutely delicious, mouthwatering and a must try. Try this recipe at home and enjoy the Asian flavors.


INGREDIENTS 


● 200g gluten-free noodles, prepared al dente
● 3 tbsp soy sauce
● 3 tbsp water
● 1 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup
● 1 red onion, sliced
● 1/2 red pepper, sliced
● 1 green onion, sliced
● 1/2 tsp garlic clove, minced
● 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, cumin, any other spices
● 1 tsp cornstarch + 1tsp water, mixed
● 2 tbsp sesame oil
● Black sesame seeds

● Salt to taste


METHOD 


STEP 1.
Tofu, pressed and cooked into squares.


STEP 2.
Cook the noodles as pointed on the box.


STEP 3. Heat sesame oil in a large skilled and add onion slices, red pepper, garlic, black pepper and cumin. Sauté for 3-4 minutes on medium high.


STEP 4.
Reduce heat to medium and add in cooked noodles, stir soy sauce, agave, salt and water.

STEP 5. Then add the cornstarch mixture until sauce thickens and add sliced green onion. 

STEP 6. Fry the tofu squares with a little of oil, add to noodles along with the green onion.


Serve immediately and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.💙💙

Chocolate Vegan Cake


There are many people who are vegan and loves chocolate cake but are not able to find vegan chocolate cake as it is not easily available in every sweet shop. Though it is so easy to make, still it is not easily available. So to solve this problem and to fulfil your craving of chocolate cake, here is a simple recipe which is vegen! In this recipe, even eggs are not used so that people like Jains who are strictly vegetarian can enjoy it. Make it at home and enjoy it's rich taste.

INGREDIENTS 


1 1/4 cup self- raising flour
1/2 cup coco sugar (powdered down)
1/3 cup raw cacao
1 tsp baking powder/soda (aluminum free)
2 flax eggs
1/2 cup almond milk t
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup boiling water (filtered)

METHOD 

Simply mix all dry ingredients with wet ingredients and blend altogether. Bake for 45 min on 180 degrees. Decorate with some melted vegan chocolate and strawberries.
