Asian Stir Fry Noodles


Asian cuisine is a very vibrant, delicious and flavorful cuisine. The flavors are very comfortable at the palate. These stir fried noodles with Asian flavors is absolutely delicious, mouthwatering and a must try. Try this recipe at home and enjoy the Asian flavors.


INGREDIENTS 


● 200g gluten-free noodles, prepared al dente
● 3 tbsp soy sauce
● 3 tbsp water
● 1 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup
● 1 red onion, sliced
● 1/2 red pepper, sliced
● 1 green onion, sliced
● 1/2 tsp garlic clove, minced
● 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, cumin, any other spices
● 1 tsp cornstarch + 1tsp water, mixed
● 2 tbsp sesame oil
● Black sesame seeds

● Salt to taste


METHOD 


STEP 1.
Tofu, pressed and cooked into squares.


STEP 2.
Cook the noodles as pointed on the box.


STEP 3. Heat sesame oil in a large skilled and add onion slices, red pepper, garlic, black pepper and cumin. Sautรฉ for 3-4 minutes on medium high.


STEP 4.
Reduce heat to medium and add in cooked noodles, stir soy sauce, agave, salt and water.

STEP 5. Then add the cornstarch mixture until sauce thickens and add sliced green onion. 

STEP 6. Fry the tofu squares with a little of oil, add to noodles along with the green onion.


Serve immediately and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™

Pan Fried Tofu Salad


A new version of tofu which will make its boring taste more interesting. Pan fried tofu  salad is so delicious and easy to make that you can enjoy it any time. Make it more interesting with mint chutney 


Ingredients for Pan fried tofu


- 1 cup of cubed tofu
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of Tamari soy sauce
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp of mirin or rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp of water (if needed) 


Ingredients for Pan fried broccoli


- About 1 1/2 cups of broccoli florets.
- 1 tsp of lemon zest
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tbsp of kimchi juice or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of water or oil
- 2 tsp of nutritional yeast
- A dash of black pepper

- Tomatoes, avocado, cucumber and lemon 


● Topped with sesame seeds.


METHOD 


1) Take a fry pan, add your oil on medium heat then add your cubed tofu, and fry for 3-5 minutes.


3) Add your tamarai soy sauce, mirin, garlic powder, and pepper flakes fry for another 10 minutes. 


4) Keep flipping your tofu so each side is fried and stop frying them till they turn crisp brown. Set aside.


** (be patient and cook On low heat)**


5) Take another fry pan, add your oil on medium to high heat, and add your broccoli florets. 


6) Fry for 3-5 minutes then add your rest of your seasonings.


7)  Fry for another 5 minutes and set a side.



8) Then just cut the rest of your veggies add them to your plate and enjoy.

Burger with Cilantro Chutney


Give an exciting twist to a normal burger with delicious and refreshing cilantro chutney. This burger with cilantro chutney is a perfect comfort for your palate. Enjoy it's mouthwatering taste at your home.


INGREDIENTS 


Ingredients for Burger patty


๐Ÿ” 1 cup of Chickpeas
๐Ÿ” 1 cup of Kidney beans
๐Ÿ” 1 tbsp of garlic powder
๐Ÿ” 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
๐Ÿ” 1/4 of a cup of nutritional yeast
๐Ÿ” 1 tsp of smoked paprika
๐Ÿ” 1/2 a tsp of salt
๐Ÿ” 1/2 a cup of chopped onions
๐Ÿ” 2 tsp of chili paste
๐Ÿ” 3/4 of a cup of chopped cilantro
๐Ÿ” 1/2 a cup of oat flour. .

Ingredients for Cilantro Chutney


๐Ÿˆ 2 cups of finely chopped cilantro
๐Ÿˆ 1 tbsp of coconut sugar
๐Ÿˆ 2 tbsp of coconut oil
๐Ÿˆ 1 thumb of fresh ginger (minced)
๐Ÿˆ 5 garlic cloves (minced)
๐Ÿˆ 1 tsp of chili paste
๐Ÿˆ 1 tsp of cumin powder
๐Ÿˆ 3-4 tbsp of lemon juice
๐Ÿˆ 4 tbsp of water (or more)


METHOD 


Directions for Burger Patty 


1) Into a large bowl or food processor add all your ingredients and mash/process until desired consistency.



2) Form parties however you'd like and fry on a non stick pan with some oil until crispy brown. 10-15 cooking time.



Directions for Cilantro Chutney 


1) Blend all ingredients together and then into a pan just add the blend and cook until paste consistency. 


(Cooking time about 10 min and it's optional) 


You may use the chutney raw, but it may need a bit more water. Enjoy

Galaxy Popsicles


You Will Definitely Fall in love with this Dish. It's Delicious, Beautiful Perfectly Summery and Refreshing. This Dish Just don't look beautiful but it's also full tropical flavors. Enjoy thesePopsicles and Enjoy Summers 


INGREDIENTS 


๐Ÿฆ 3 ripe bananas
๐Ÿฆ ¾ of a cup of coconut milk
๐Ÿฆ1 tsp of cinnamon
๐Ÿฆ 1 tsp of spirulina
๐Ÿฆ 1 packet of dragon fruit
๐Ÿฆ 1/2 of a packet of a vegan blue-food dye
๐Ÿฆ 1/3 of a cup of coconut yogurt


(OPTIONAL)

●**Sprinkled with powdered sugar**●



METHOD 


1) Add your ripe bananas, coconut milk, and cinnamon into a high-speed blender, blend till smooth.



2) Separate smoothie mix into 3 different bowls and add one of them into your blender again with one packet of red dragon fruit.



3) The other two bowls will be the blue and purple/blue color. Add spirulina, and your (1/4 of the packet) blue food dye to one bowl and then the last bowl add in ¼ of the food dye plus the dragon fruit mix to make a purple color.



4) Then just layers however you want. I added coconut yogurt first then, blue smoothie mix, then the dragon fruit mix. 
Then repeated the process.



5) Freeze for 3-4 hours and they are ready to eat. Topped with powdered sugar (optional).

Vegan Tortas | Mexican Sandwiches

๐ŸŒฎ Firm Tofu


Ingredients for Marinate


๐ŸŒฎ 1 tbsp of Cumin
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tsp Coriander powder
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tbsp of limejuice
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tsp of lime zest
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tbsp of soy sauce (or to taste)
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tbsp of water
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tsp of garlic powder
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tsp of onion powder


Ingredients for Cheesy Corn Guacamole


๐ŸŒฎ 1 whole avocado
๐ŸŒฎ ½ a cup of raw sweet corn (or canned)
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tsp of cumin
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tbsp of lemon juice
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
๐ŸŒฎ A dash of pink salt (Himalayan Salt)

METHOD 


1) Slice firm tofu as desired (size of your bread)


2) Marinate tofu for 2 hours or just add it when cooking.



3) On medium/high heat, cook tofu with oil(or 2-4 tbsp of water)on a pan for about 10 minutes (5 minutes on each side)



4) Mash avocado in a bowl and add ingredients. (Mix well)



5) Just layer and add ingredients however you like Enjoy.

Apple Rose Cookies


Simple yet beautiful and a delicious dish with a rose like look. These cookies are absolutely perfect to present in front of your guests. You can prepare them in couple of minutes and enjoy it's irresistible taste.



INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH:


- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour + more for dusting
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, soft but not melted
- 1/4 cup Almond milk


INGREDIENTS FOR APPLE ROSES:


- 2 red apples
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp apricot preserve
- 1-2 tsp Cinnamon


METHOD 


STEP 1.
Cut apples in half and scoop the seeds, cut into slices and cover with water and lemon juice, microwave for 1-3 minutes or until soft enough to mold, set aside.


STEP 2.
Combine coconut oil and flour with a fork until crumbly, add milk and then all of the dough ingredients until a ball of dough forms. 


★ Add more liquid or flour if needed.


STEP 3.
Roll until you have a thin square layer of dough and cut into 2inch wide strips.


STEP 4.
Spread apricot preserves and cinnamon to The strips and start layering apples on top of the them, fold the bottom part and roll the strip to form the rose shapes. 


STEP 5. Sprinkle with more sugar and bake in a muffing pan in a preheated oven at 375f for 30-40 minutes.
